Residential FAQ

Every three to five years depending on the size of the household. If you have more than 5 people in the home, it is a good idea to pump the tank every 2-3 years.

Gurgling in the toilets, slow draining in the toilet closest to the septic tank. If you are unsure if you are having issues, just give us a call.

We do not office emergency services or after-hours services. The customer can still call and leave a message, when we are back in the office someone will contact them to get them on the schedule.

We service most all of Central Oregon with a few exceptions based on rural location and weather. Cities we serve are Deschutes, Crook & Jefferson.

Anything that is not human waste, never flush wipes, hair, food, toys etc. Toilet paper is okay in normal amounts. Use the garbage disposal sparingly as this adds to the thickness of the tank.

Not at this time, if the customer is needing a monthly pumping they can text or call a few days before they are ready, and we can work them in.

Depends on how thick the tank is and the how long-ago last pump out was done. It can take anywhere from 25 minutes to 1 hour.

You will want to find out the last time the tank was pumped. If it was 3-5 years ago a pump out might alleviate the problem.

If the tank was just pumped- You may want to call a plumber to snake the line between the house and the tank (sometimes blockages can cause a temporary backup.

If the tank still backs up after these steps, then you will want to contact us to see who we recommend coming out to do some problem solving and/or repairs.

We do not offer any warranty or guarantee's. We just pump the tank completely empty and verbally let you know if we saw anything that doesn't look right.
